Far Flung Unicorn #3 – Black Forest, Germany

Here’s another in our ‘Far Flung Unicorn’ submissions!

This time, here is flautist Ruth Larbey (owner of the silver flute we used on the cover of Issue 124) proudly reading her copy in the shadow of the fabulous Rench valley in the Black Forest, in the German town of Oppenau…

We have just received delivery of our new Unicorn Magazine business cards:

Our new cards!

Our new cards!

Featuring the covers of Issues 123, 124 and 125, the cards are matt laminated on both sides and have Spot UV on some of the front elements for maximum impact!

It’s never been easier to get in touch with the Editorial team and we hope these new cards will prove a useful aide-mémoir – ask for one when you see us!

The cards were printed for us by the admirable Aubergine Print – visit their website here >>

Far Flung Unicorn #1 – Ibiza

In our attempt to bring the ‘new look’ Unicorn Magazine to a new and wider audience, we thought we’d launch a small on-going competition…

Send us your photos (no Photoshop please, only actual shots!) of our magazine in a far-flung, exotic, relevant / interesting or strange location – if we like and use them we’ll send you a limited edition Unicorn magazine sticker!!

Here’s our first example: Unicorn designer Clive Batkin squinting through his copy of Issue 123 atop the lovely Ibiza Old Town!

Unicorn Team on Radio Dacorum

This Sunday, 29th September, Simon & Mike from the Unicorn Team were guests on the fabulous Daria Kulesh radio show on Radio Dacorum.

The boys did a fantastic job on the show, two packed hours of folk-related music, chat and humour! The show is available to ‘listen again’ at the following page – the programme is split into two hour-long parts so remember to listen to both bits!
